Plunge in yield for Greek 10-year bond to 2.14 pct on Thursday

Greek state bond prices continued rising and yields fell in the domestic electronic secondary bond market on Thursday. The 10-year bond yield fell to 2.14 pct on Thursday from 2.34 pct on Wednesday, with the yield spread between the 10-year Greek and German benchmark bonds falling to 2.40 pct from 2.60 pct. Turnover was 77 million euros of which 40 million were buy orders.
In interbank markets, interest rates were mixed. The 12-month rate was -0.263 pct, the six-month rate was -0.257 pct, the three-month rate was -0.342 pct and the one-month rate was -0.361 pct.
